Yes, you can shop Ardore London from all over the world!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates vary depending where you live and will be calculated at checkout. The full details of the costs can be found here Shipping & Delivery.
ARE THERE CUSTOMS TAXES/CHARGES?
Any import duties, taxes, custom fees or other associated costs with the import of your order are levied by your destination country; therefore unfortunately, we have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
Ardore London is not responsible for these charges which are issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If, for whatever reason, you refuse or fail to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Ardore London, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you’re unsure whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
ORDERS
CAN I AMEND/CANCEL MY ORDER?
While we cannot make any guarantees, if you contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, we will try our best to rectify any issues before your order is shipped.
Please note, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.
THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER

Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, providing the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A photo of the incorrect item(s) you received
- Any information to support your concern
Claims for orders with incorrect items must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
Once we’ve received this information, we will ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you have an account with us, you can view the status of your order after logging in, by viewing your order history.
RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, if all tags are still attached and the garment is in brand new condition with no marks or signs of wear.

Please note, we do not currently offer free returns. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of an order.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Exchanges are offered at our discretion. We will cover the cost of the new shipping (UK only) although return fees fall on the customer. Please contact us should you wish to exchange your order.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Items bought in sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
Depending on the country you’re returning your order from and the courier you choose, delivery times may vary.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that once your items have been received, it can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed. Your bank's standard timescales then apply in addition to this.
If you have not received an email to confirm your return has been received, please contact our Customer Service team, providing the following:
- Your full name and email address
- Your order number
- Your return tracking number
- Proof of postage
Please be mindful that during busy Sale periods, these timeframes may be slightly longer.
