7.1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. The item must be unused, unmarked, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

7.2. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

7.3. Exchanges: We do not offer item exchanges as default. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. However, it is at our discretion therefore please do feel free to email our team who can discuss this with you further.
